Key terms for using the storefront and placing an order.
Accounts and checkout
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep account credentials private. Some benefits, including the first-order offer, require a signed-in account and verified email address. Payment must be confirmed through a supported checkout method before an order is treated as paid.
Catalogue, pricing and availability
Products, colours, variations, prices and stock can change. Out-of-stock variations may remain visible for reference but cannot be added to the cart. Where an order needs a delivery quote or another manual review, the displayed flow will indicate that before payment.
Promotions and vouchers
Promotions apply only when their eligibility rules are met. A campaign can have its own dates, percentage and product scope. Gift Vouchers and Store Credit are applied according to the checkout rules shown at the time of use and cannot be used beyond their available value.
Delivery, returns and support
Delivery choices and charges are shown through the checkout or quote flow. Product problems and approved remedies follow the Returns & Exchanges process. For order or account help, use Help & Support.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with another customer’s account, submit malicious files or deliberately abuse discounts, vouchers, referrals, payment or fulfilment systems.
