What to expect from checkout to collection or doorstep delivery.
Delivery charges
Your available delivery method and charge are shown before payment based on the destination and the parcel class. Standard Lagos and outside-Lagos rates apply where the order fits the configured parcel limits. Larger, unusual or otherwise unconfigured shipments may be sent through the Delivery Quote flow instead of using an inaccurate automatic fee.
Lagos Express
Paid 24-hour Lagos Express is shown only for eligible orders and destinations. Selecting Express does not guarantee a rider before the order is accepted for fulfilment; any important rider or timing warning is shown after you select that option.
Campus collection
Campus collection appears only at active locations. Once a paid parcel is marked ready, the customer uses the pickup code to collect it from the authorised Campus Ambassador. A parcel can remain available for collection for up to 7 days. Uncollected parcels then move into the follow-up/return process rather than remaining indefinitely with the ambassador.
Tracking and delivery help
Tracking details are shown in your account when available, and a tracking email is sent when a tracking number is added. For a missing, delayed or delivery-related problem, use Help & Support or email support@emishub.com.ng.
