Information used by the store
Emi’sHub may process information you provide for an account or order, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery details, order history and support messages. Account and security systems also use technical records needed to protect sign-in, payment and operational workflows.
Payments, email and delivery
Payment processing is handled through Paystack-supported flows. Transactional messages may be sent through the configured email provider, and delivery information may be shared with the delivery or fulfilment service needed to complete an order. Emi’sHub does not need to expose internal supplier pricing or private owner-finance information to customers for these services to work.
Uploaded evidence
Verification documents, Rider documents, support evidence and Gift Box reference files are treated as restricted/private media rather than ordinary public catalogue media. The storefront does not intentionally publish those files through the general public media route.
Use and retention
Information is used for fulfilment, account access, fraud and security controls, customer support, refunds, commissions or campus operations where relevant, and required business records. Records are kept only as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations, with access controls appropriate to the type of information.
